How do I put my membership on hold or cancel?

To place your membership on hold or to cancel it, simply fill in the appropriate form on this page. Our team will follow up to complete your request.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel my membership?

Once your initial agreement term is completed, all membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Cancellations will only take effect 30 days from the date we receive your notification.

How do I cancel an upgrade program?

To cancel an upgrade program (SWAT, Defencefit, Competition training), fill in the form and indicate which PROGRAM you wish to cancel, and we will process your request promptly.

All membership hold requests require a minimum of 1 weeks advance notice.

How long can I place my membership on hold?

Members may place their membership on hold for a period between 3-6 weeks. Any hold request exceeding 6 weeks (or for an indefinite period) will result in the cancellation of your membership.

Will I be charged while my membership is on hold?

No, you won’t be billed for your tuition while your membership is on hold, however you will incur a $10 per week holding fee.

What if I decide to cancel while my membership is on hold?

Should you decide to cancel your membership while it is on hold, your hold status will be terminated as of the cancellation notification date. The standard 30-day notice period will then apply, during which regular payments will be processed through direct debit.
